Vacation...

Over the 4th of July, Nate and I took a mini vacation. Since Nate had a week off from morning football workouts, we packed our bags and headed up north to Minnesota. After picking Hunter up and driving 9 hours we finally made it to McDonald's cabin at Big Sand Lake in Park Rapids, Minnesota.  Our classmates Korey McDonald and Corey DeBey were there along with Corey's girlfriend Kelsey! We shared many laughs throughout our week in Minnesota. The best part of our week was having Blitz there to hang out with us! Blitz came up to the cabin and relaxed for a week. Unfortunately, he didn't really like the water, but by the end of the week he was standing and playing in it by himself at his how risk, however. We had a great time together boating, tubing, hitting golf balls into the lake, firecrackers, card games, camp fires, and sleeping. We also went out to eat and grilled a few times.

Perfect...

Where in the world have the past 7 months gone? Seven months ago I got engaged to the best man in the world. He is the one who made "this" day possible. It was the best and most PERFECT day of my life. Two weeks after my college graduation, the most wonderful, beautiful, amazing, PERFECT day of my life happened. I wish I could journal about every single detail that happened on "this" day but that would get too long. "This" day I am referring to is our wedding day. On May 26, 2012, I married my best friend. God blessed me with the most PERFECT, smart, funny, good-looking, sweet, caring, understanding man, to whom I now call my husband. I am so spoiled to have him in my life.

On this day we shared vows in front of our families and friends as we joined together as one in the Covenant of God. We promised to be faithful and support each other in the many years to come. I am confident that we were made for each other!

I could not think of a better man for me. We have been long-distance for 4+ years and I have been waiting to be with him forever. I am excited to share forever with him.

Nate you are the love of my life, thank you for everything you do for me!
